NICE BOOTS
We're living in the Age of the Limited Edition, so we're obliged to report its latest laboratory: Nice Collective's new StoreRoom, an online-only rarity and one-off shop that rewards devoted fans (not to mention big spenders) with not-the-average-guy's merchandise. But when the goods are good, it's hard to complain. Here in the StoreRoom, NC's hard-driving boots—a slam dunk in their original form—get a (sorry) retread with a buttoning, monk-strappish flap. If you prefer your Nice Collective on the slicker end, here's the mod for you. (And if you're curious, that sheen is the result of a hand-buffing with used motor oil.) If the debut offerings—in addition to the boot, a metallic wallet and a weathered vintage-key necklace—don't set your heart racing, that's okay; new product will be released monthly, so all you have to do is wait out the clock. Unless, that is, you want it—once it's gone, it's gone.

Beryll's brand-new vintage
L.A.-based Beryll's Asphalt boots exist in a strange terrain between new and vintage, bespoke and off-the-rack. They're new—but they're made from vintage leather from the seventies, one at a time, essentially making each boot a custom job. That leather gives them an X-factor that this lifelong boot fan can't thank Beryll enough for: With their broken-in aesthetic, they don't scream "look at my new boots!" for the first few months that you wear them. (Added bonus: They come in a decent-sized Army surplus-y bag big enough for, say, laundry, assuming you're not a college student.)

JORDAN TAKES AND L
Footlocker has updated their site with an upcoming release of the Jordan L Style.
Inspired by Michael Jordan’s love for motorsports, these kicks are functional and stylish at the same time. The L Style features a Jordan 1-esque toe box and outsole, but features a visible air bubble toward the heel. The upper features rich brown leather and a subtle perforated Air Jordan Wings logo on the side. Two straps over the laces make for a unique look and provide lockdown comfort.
House of Hoops and select Foot Lockers will carry the Jordan L Style, releasing in November.

BALANCING NEW GORE IN TEXT
New Balance preview an upcoming release from their Summer 2009 Collection featuring one of their more popular platforms, in the MTG580. The kicks combine the companies commitment to quality, comfort, and technical details with the implementation of a water-proof Gore-Tex liner amongst various material choices. Two fashionista-geared gradient colorways, including a black/white and pink/yellow, look to release soon at New Balance retailers.

GREEN MEANIE
Nike unveils a new colorway, cleverly entitled the “Green Meanie”, for their newest launch of ACG footwear. The sneakers feature all the outdoors detailing usually associated with ACG releases including a Huarache sock-liner, rugged outsoles, and various crackle details on the uppers.

MAX OUT IN BRAZIL
Designed by Fabrício Machado, the Air Max 1 – LANCEIRO refers to iconic elements of Pernambuco’s culture (home state of SneakersBR), with an emphatic proposition of gathering tradition and modernity. The Air Max 1 LANCEIRO is based on the first Nike model to expose the capsule of the revolutionary “Air” cushioning system and its colors, materials and graphics.
The blue leather combined with white recalls the flag of Pernambuco, the yellow air capsule symbolizes the sun, and the speckled midsole reminds the mud and mangroves of the swamps, vital icons of the state’s culture that “baptized” the Manguebeat movement. In the transparent outsole, more recaps of mud and a colorful crab in beads.
The heel tab features the emblematic phrase of Chico Science “Um Passo à Frente e Você Já Não Está Mais No Mesmo Lugar” (One step ahead and you’re no longer in the same place) with reflective effect.

STRIKE QUICK WITH SOME NEW BUCKS
Denim is always a hot material on sneakers, this particular Dunk SB High features red nubuck on upper, forest green denim on the side panel, ankle flap and heel and a gum mid-sole. If a different color is used on the toe box, that would make it feel like the high top version of Bison Dunk SB Low. The shoe is set to release as a quickstrike model in February or March.

THE BEIJING PERSPECTIVE
The inspiration and concept of the shoe was based on “a Beijing native’s perspective of their own city, with the slogan skate towards Tienanmen Square.” The Dunk Mid is going to be a special edition for Fly’s Beijing shop and the first Nike shoe ever to be named after China’s great northern metropolis, “Beijing”. DUNKIN' IN SOME BK PROJECTS
We can finally present you some nice images of the Nike Dunk Low Premium SB Halo “Brooklyn Projects”. The shoe has nothing to do with the popular Halo game, but is a collaboration with Brooklyn Projects.
The shoe features a colorful color scheme reminding us the eBay Dunk SB, the toe box and side panel are made of cracked leather. The shoes come with a pair of extra laces in red for you to match with. Via Kix-Files.
